Hope you enjoyed our nExodus journey — from midwives to liberators, wringing out of hearts to great escapes and obedience calls. Take the next couple of days to let the valuable lessons sink in, have some water and perhaps a bite or two, but don’t unpack your bags because we are going for another exciting expedition.
Brenda Melles will be speaking this Sunday, June 2nd, on the first week of our new teaching series called “The future is now”. For the next 6 weeks we will be focussing on 1 Peter. You are encouraged to do advanced Scripture readings to get the most out of every pit stop. This Sunday, the passage will be from 1 Peter 1:1-12. Hope to see you there with your friends and family!
During the service, we will also be hearing a brief presentation on the Musalaha ministry of reconciliation as part of THE FOURS, a collective term for the four opportunities we have at next to give beyond ourselves. Take some time to read more about the organization here and be prepared to support through prayer and finances.
Also happening this Sunday is the Special Meals Program at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church on Clergy and Princess.
