Join us for our 3rd annual mash-up dance party, Friday, February 27 – 6:30pm. Costumed and creative, an evening of free family friendly fun!
No cost. All welcome.
EVENING OF SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 1ST, 2015: Come celebrate the release of Ramshackle Redemption Vol. 1, the new recording from the Next Church band, made possible with the love and support of the community and in celebration of our gracious loving God.
Pay what you can, suggested donation $5 to $10 sliding scale – though some of you will get in for free as a perk for donating through IndieGoGo!
Mobius (feat. Paul Butler) will be playing an opening set, followed by the Next Band playing songs from the record along with Joel Williams – the guy who brought the whole thing together with his recording/engineering skillz. Other specials guests TBA.
We’re working on a new album of the music of Next, and we’d love your help to get it off the ground… We’ve launched an IndieGoGo campaign to raise funds. Check it out for perks and support levels if you’d like to be involved – or just spread the word by sharing the campaign via social media, etc. Pre-purchase the recording now, tickets to the release party, or sign up for high fives for life…
If you want to hear music from the band currently, we’ve got a bunch of rough tracks streaming on SoundCloud – but these new recordings are going to sound way better once they’re done!
We are looking forward to an all ages night of music at nextChurch with Ash and Bloom at the nightlight Benefit concert on Friday, July 18th at 7:30pm.
Fifty percent of the $10 ticket price will be donated directly to nightlight, so grab a friend or 3 and get your tickets early, you won’t want to miss out! Tickets available at nightlight as well as several church locations and by email. Spread the word!

On Friday, December 6th, Tim Eriksen returns to Kingston, this time with the Trio de Pumpkintown, for evening of Christmas music as intimate as the home hearth and as clear as a winter’s night, bringing a fresh acoustic sound to seasonal standards and sing-along classics as well as rarely heard but stunning songs from the shape-note music repertoire and other early American sources.
