Spring Sermon Series

For the last 6 Sundays our Spring Sermon Series has asked us to celebrate and grow in our ability to recognize God’s Kingdom. We have heard about many different parables (squirrely as they are) and from many different people (about what God’s doing in their lives).

This week join us for the penultimate – which means second from the last – sermon and interview. Josh is scheduled to talk about Getting Active in God’s Kingdom by His Spirit and Maria is to share about what God’s up to in her life, including her participation in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

10:10am, Sunday, May 24th – 89 Colborne St – We hope to see you there!

Potluck Sunday! This Sunday (May 17, 2015)

Dr Seuss theme: all welcome!

From the Lorax and Sneeches, the Grinch and Horton who heard a Who!
Dr Suess was, for many, a very important fellow – was he for you?
Whatever your opinion, bright, bad or otherwise
Let him inspire the food you bring, enough to fill up 20 guys
Of course potlucks aren’t gender specific, we encourage you all to come
They’re about the taste of community, God gives us lots to eat and then some!
So if you’re in the area, stop by and share a bite (around 12pm)
If you’ve been here before or not, we hope you feel alright!
But why not come to service too, it starts around 10
We’ll learn about God’s Kingdom, it’s more than just a trend!
